How to Return

Get Authorization
We'll send you return instructions and authorization within 1 business day.

Ship It Back
Package the item securely with all original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item!
Follow the same return process above and mention you'd like an exchange in your email. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your original item.
If the replacement item has a price difference, we'll contact you to arrange payment or refund.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- • EcoCash: Refunded to the mobile number used for payment
- • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or EcoCash (your choice)
